As a Christian, I know that faith involves a relationship with God; the Bible says so! As a theological educator, I understand the importance of developing faith and applying the Bible to life. In relationship with God, learning to know him more through his Word as well as through events and situations, I rely on his goodness and love. My goal is to help you find ways to do the same—to integrate faith into all aspects of your life. We come to know him through events and situations as we rely on his goodness and love.
I am originally from Colorado, growing up in the foothills outside of Denver. I love seeing God's creation every day as I look at the mountain scenery. The majesty of the sun reflecting off the snow capped mountains always puts a smile on my face.
I have worked both in church and school settings. I taught high school theology classes at Lutheran High Schools in Colorado for 12 years. I currently as the Director of Christian's Ministry in Illinois.
I graduated from Concordia University in Seward, NE, with a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with emphasis in Theology and Math. I earned my master's degree in Biblical Studies from Denver Seminary . I also have a Director of Christian Education certification from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN.
My hobbies include travel and photography. I enjoy traveling whenever and wherever I can. While I travel, I love to take pictures of the world around us. Sunset pictures, with a wide variety of colors and scenery, are my favorite.
